For us safety and well being of our guests and associates is of utmost importance. As novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has been declared pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO); we are closely following guidelines from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and local health departments.
Health and safety of guests are being ensured by the following measures:
- All guests entering the hotel follow stringent thermal checks. Hand sanitization at reception and lobby.
- Luggage is sanitized on arrival & will be directly carried to the rooms.
- Guest recent travel history is enquired and recorded.
- A guest is required to travel with Covid-19 negative certificate issued by any authorized ICMR lab within 48 hrs of check in.
- It is mandatory for all the guests to download Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones / tabs at the time of arrival at the hotel.
- The vehicles go through a sanitization process after every pick-up and drop. We do not allow more than two passengers as per the prescribed rules framed by the government.
- Hand sanitizers are being placed in all rooms and public areas.
- All touch points in public areas like door handles, counter tops, table tops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/ disinfectant.
- Only 2 guests shall be allowed at the reception during check in with the necessary social distancing.
- For the safety of our guests, rooms will be sanitized after guests check out, kept vacant for 48 hours and then allocated.
- We do not encourage guests sitting in the lobby or lounging near the pool for safety of all.
- Though the restaurant has special seating arrangement so as to maintain the 3 feet distance amongst each guest, we encourage room service. Buffet has been removed.
- Swimming pool will be kept shut as per the lockdown protocols.
